Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies (GF)
INGREDIENTS :
- 1 Cup Peanut Butter (a quick tip is to microwave the peanut butter for 30 seconds)
- 1 1/2 Cup Gluten-Free Oats
- 1/3 Cup Maple Syrup
- 1 Flax Egg
- A Hand Full Of Dairy Free Chocolate Chips
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well to combine.
- Use a cookie scoop or a spoon to scoop out the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!
